Pay For What You Use
We have two main software packages with all the core features included; GMS Core and GMS Response. Depending on your requirements, simply pick one of these base packages and you can then bolt on additional modules as you require.
We bill based on active staff and sites in line with your package level (Micro, Mini, Large, or Jumbo). Usage is averaged over a monthly period, allowing for short term surge usage without pushing you in to another billing tier.

Our Ethos
Fairly Priced and Fairly Used
Our billing system is designed to be straightforward and fair to all parties. Each day, we'll carry out a count of active staff across the system (a staff member is active if they are either turned on, or have shifts assigned to them at the point the billing sweep is carried out. At the end of the month, we work out the average usage and bill accordingly. This means that companies who operate surge staffing for events don't end up with a huge monthly bill because of one weekend's work. When an account is over its tier limit for two consecutive months, we reserve the right to move that account in to the next tier up on the system.
